Date: December 9, 1999 To: Bill Taylor Axel Anger Janet Olsen Linda Paulmeno Dana Countess Sheryl Leanza RE: Auctioned ML55 Special Release We agree to release this ML55 M-Class, VIN 1528232, as a Factory Delivery vehicle. This M-Class will be custom painted by Classic Car Motoring and returned to the Factory Delivery area. As discussed, Quality reserves the right to re-inspect this vehicle at the Factory Delivery area prior to scheduling hand-over to customer.
